CaranaBeach Hotel Teases: Restaurant and Spa Names
The new Carana Beach Hotel, opening on North Mahé in February, has released more information about its spa and restaurant concepts.
CaranaBeach Restaurant
The moniker for the hotel and its casual beachside spot for all-day dining are one in the same, giving visitors and residents alike an easy reference point to meet, drink and dine on tapas, light bites, fuss-free finger entrees and more.
Lorizon Restaurant The Creole word for ‘Horizon,’ this restaurant will offer breakfast and table d’hôte dinner menus that change daily, featuring some of the best local produce incorporated into intricately designed selections.
The Sens Spa is named after the Creole word for ‘senses,’ evocative of the authentic sensory experience that awaits its guests.
More details about the spa and the restaurants’ specific culinary directions are forthcoming in the lead-up to the hotel’s launch.
